You should be one of the following
  - Cyberoam Partner with at least one Cyberoam Certified Trainer (CCT)
  - Professional Training Institute
  - FE College or University
  - Independent Training Organization
You should have Permanent and professional training facilities including
  - minimum 5 Cyberoam UTM appliances
  - Broadband Internet connectivity (2 Lines)
  - Computers with required connectivity with Cyberoam UTM appliance for practical training

The photo above shows staff from Nescot, Northumberland College, Uxbridge College and Birmingham City University attend the first Cyberoam training event at Nescot.

In June, Nescot became the first college to be awarded Cyberoam Training Academy status in the UK.The Nescot Cyberoam Training Academy offers enterprise-class network security CCNSP (Cyberoam Certified Network & Security Professional) training to IT professionals and Network Administrators.
Cyberoam technology products protect and defend against the evolving and ever increasing Internet security threats that exist on the world wide web.

Nescot has achieved a reputation over the years for being at the forefront of IT training in the UK, and therefore are excited to announce the new partnership with Cyberoam as its UK training partner.  Nescot is already recognised as an Apple Authorised Training Centre and holds academy status with CISCO, Microsoft, and Oracle as a specialist training provider. The Cyberoam Training Academy at Nescot is a welcome addition and will ensure that Nescot continues to be at the forefront of IT training in the UK.

  • The aim of this unit is to ensure learners know about the types and sources of network attacks and how to protect against them, and to develop the skills and understanding needed to plan for and protect a networked system.

  • The Higher Nationals in Computing and Systems Development has been developed to focus on:

    • Providing education and training for a range of careers in computing.
    • Providing opportunities for facilities managers to achieve a nationally recognised Level 4/ Level 5 vocationally specific qualification.
    • Providing opportunities for learners to gain a nationally recognised, vocationally specific qualification to enter employment in computing or to progress to higher education vocational qualifications such as a degree in computing or a related area
    • Developing the knowledge, understanding and skills of learners in the field of computing.
    • Providing opportunities for learners to focus on the development of higher-level skills in a computing context.
    • Providing opportunities for learners to develop a range of skills and techniques and attributes essential for successful performance in working life.
  • Ajax, which is an amalgam of asynchronous JavaScript and XML, is a great way to create more dynamic web pages and enhanced user interaction. With Ajax, web pages can be dynamically updated without having to reload. This short course is a perfect introduction to Ajax for those with a very basic knowledge of the programming language. The course is of particular interest to IT professionals and those who would like to build up a repertoire of programming languages
  • Project professionals who wish to consolidate their project management skills and become registered PRINCE2 Practitioners.
